Contact Center Representative- Level 1

reputed company is a financial institution seeking a Contact Center Representative I to deliver courteous and effective service to clients. This role is responsible for resolving reputed company issues, promoting the Bank's products and services, and adhering to call reputed company metrics and departmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients, ensuring their financial needs are met
• Protect customer accounts and information by maintaining reputed company and accuracy; strictly follow call authentication procedures

• Identify and escalate calls involving concerns or suspicious activities as appropriate
