Scrum Master Shreveport, LA (Remote) 3 years Contract The scope of the proposed services will include the following: • Guide and mentor team and organization using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies and values. • Assess the Scrum maturity of reputed company and organization and coaching reputed company to higher reputed company of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the teams and the organization. • Remove impediments or guide reputed company to remove impediments. • Facilitate completion of work assignments, assigning, or dictating work assignments. • Facilitate discussion, decision making, team building and conflict reputed company. • Assist with reputed company communication, improving transparency, and radiating information; supporting product reputed company(s) and project leadership to maximize return on investment (ROI) and meet the organization’s objectives. • Supporting and educating the Product reputed company and team, to include, but not limited to, grooming and maintaining the Product Backlog. • Engage in agile delivery utilizing best agile methodology (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • reputed company support to teams using a reputed company leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example. • Performs or directs the performance of special tasks as assigned. • Participates in reputed company necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: • Three (3) years’ experience in the Scrum Master role. • Scrum Master Certification (include copy of certificate with resume). • Experience working with DPS reputed company. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: • Identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other agile project management tools • Creating and maintaining product timelines, status reports, communication plans, and other product management reputed company documentation.
