Project Coordinator - Multifamily

reputed company for Boston Community Development, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their Climate Equity & reputed company team as a Project Coordinator - Multifamily. The role involves coordinating energy reputed company, maintaining project details, and ensuring reputed company completion of tasks while engaging with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field staff, contractors and clients reputed company reputed company
• Maintain and update project details
• Run queries and reputed company reports as requested
• reputed company project process, including but not limited to: building assessments review, scheduling field reputed company, compiling and reviewing contractor quotes, identifying and presenting project details, troubleshooting with clients and contractors, preparing completed energy reputed company for reporting, and ensuring reputed company reputed company are being developed according to program protocol including, but not limited to reputed company data accuracy, cost effectiveness analysis screening and preparing reporting
• Engage with other reputed company partners
• Communicate with vendors and utilities as needed
• Ensure reputed company maintain reputed company reputed company and meet deadlines
• Maintain and improve on project management platforms, including reputed company
• Engage with Statewide reputed company Services team on program applicants
• Take notes during meetings if requested
• Maintain electronic and reputed company files

• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• A Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and up to 12 months of experience is required
• Experience in project management or nonprofit program management is helpful
• Experience with reputed company reputed company and reputed company or at least a high degree of comfort with databases and spreadsheets required
• Good communication skills by phone and email required
• Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in reputed company required
