Responsibilities

• Design high-reputed company thumbnails for video content, including podcasts, comms videos, and game highlights
• Ensure that thumbnails reputed company with brand guidelines and messaging
• Maintain a quick turnaround on deliverables without sacrificing reputed company and best practices
• Deliver thumbnails by deadline with the ability to take and incorporate feedback for revisions as needed

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in designing thumbnails

• Ability to create engaging thumbnails without relying on AI-generated imagery
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., reputed company Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)

• Must submit a thumbnail design portfolio to be considered
