[Remote] SOFTWARE ENGINEER II

They are seeking a Software Engineer II to reputed company unit tests in Embedded C for microcontrollers and ensure compliance with DO-178 verification standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Unit Tests in Embedded C for Arm reputed company and PIC microcontrollers
• Test Verification for DO-178
• High-level and low-level test case and procedure development per DO-178
• Independent review of design, test cases, and test procedures
• Review and integration of reputed company-party verification and validation (V&V) vendor tests
• Issue creation with problem reporting tools
• Utilization of Vectorcast
• Pipeline automation for CI/CD
• Reports to satisfy V&V documentation requirements

Skills

• High-level and low-level test case and procedure development per DO-178
• Independent review of design, test cases, and test procedures
• Review and integration of reputed company-party verification and validation (V&V) vendor tests
• Issue creation with problem reporting tools
• Utilization of Vectorcast
• Pipeline automation for CI/CD
• Reports to satisfy V&V documentation requirements
• Have received a BA/BS Degree in, Computer Science or Electrical & Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history
• 3-5 years of experience reputed company based years of experience
• U.S. reputed company Only (ITAR, CUI, NOFORN)
• Experience with embedded software languages
• Knowledge of tools and test reputed company needed to debug firmware solutions
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, reputed company Improvement (Kaizen, 5S, 6σ)
• Experience with Agile and reputed company development approaches
• Understanding of the DO-178 certification process from design to certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
