[Remote] Risk Operations Specialist

The Risk Operations Specialist will manage fraud decisioning, handle escalations, and contribute to cross-functional reputed company to ensure the safety and compliance of reputed company's platform.

Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company fraud decisioning to support ongoing business needs
• Manage escalations reputed company to Risk decisioning through cross-functional collaboration
• Complete reputed company tickets and written communications reputed company to end users, internal escalations, partnerships or live payments according to relevant prioritization
• Communicate with customers reputed company phone around account recovery efforts
• Contribute to reputed company, collaborate with team members on reputed company tasks, and proactively reputed company new initiatives

Skills

• 1+ years of experience reputed company risk, customer experience or payment operations, ideally in the fintech reputed company
• 1+ years experience working with reputed company
• Available to work between 10AM through 7PM MST, Monday through Friday

• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to proactively problem solve and be a top-notch team player
