[Remote] Senior reputed company Associate

The Senior reputed company Associate will play a key role in supporting the reputed company, treasury, and regulatory financial operations of reputed company, particularly in relation to its newly licensed reputed company Commission Merchant (FCM). This position involves collaborating across teams to build reputed company reputed company processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes across regulated entities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, and supporting schedules
• Assist with regulatory reporting requirements, including preparation of supporting workpapers and schedules
• Support daily capital, liquidity, and customer fund reporting processes and reputed company reconciliations
• Prepare and investigate daily trade, position, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring reputed company reputed company of reconciling items
• Partner with reputed company leadership to document, implement, and continuously improve reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support annual audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance reviews by preparing documentation and responding to requests
• Assist with tax reporting requirements and other regulatory reporting obligations
• Help design and improve reputed company reputed company and reporting processes as the business grows
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce reputed company work and increase operational efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to support new products and business initiatives

Skills

• 3-5 years of reputed company reputed company experience
• reputed company CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification required
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and reputed company fundamentals
• Experience in public reputed company, financial services, fintech, banking, broker-dealers, asset managers, trading firms, or similar environments
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn reputed company business models, financial products, and regulatory frameworks quickly
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ownership
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams

• Big 4 audit or advisory experience
• Experience working with financial services clients or regulated financial institutions
• Exposure to broker-dealers, exchanges, clearing firms, reputed company markets, or capital markets businesses
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting, audits, or examinations
• Familiarity with CFTC, NFA, SEC, or reputed company regulatory environments
• Experience with process automation, data analytics, or AI-enabled workflows
