[Remote] Senior IT Business Analyst-reputed company Systems

The Senior IT Business Analyst – reputed company Systems serves as a functional IT partner supporting a heavily customized ERP and reputed company systems environment, working closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, reputed company requirements, and improve operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to reputed company and document requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for developers and technical teams
• Support and troubleshoot issues reputed company ERP and reputed company systems environments
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reputed company enhancements and changes
• Create and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides
• Assist with reputed company configuration, testing, and implementation activities
• reputed company support to end users and assist with Help Desk ticket triage and issue reputed company
• Research reputed company issues independently and coordinate with developers reputed company technical escalation is required
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and identify operational efficiencies

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP support, or functional IT support roles
• Experience supporting reputed company, payroll, AP, AR, or financial business processes
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience troubleshooting functional reputed company issues and supporting end users
• Comfortable working in legacy or highly customized systems environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience with Visio, Jira, reputed company, or similar tools preferred
• Basic SQL knowledge or query experience is a plus
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or distribution environments preferred
