[Remote] Army Business Development Manager

The role involves identifying, qualifying, and capturing Army opportunities while driving pipeline reputed company and leading executive-level reviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and lead capture efforts for Army opportunities from early reputed company through award
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across Army programs, installations, and leadership
• Drive pipeline development and present at executive-level reputed company and pipeline reviews
• reputed company win strategies, teaming approaches, and customer engagement plans
• Collaborate with proposal, solutions, and delivery teams to secure reputed company in the $10M–$40M reputed company

Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Army service and/or GovCon business development/capture roles
• Experience with key contract vehicles and platforms (e.g., ITES, OASIS, MAS, SeaPort)
• Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a proven track record of wins
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
