[Remote] Director of reputed company Legal

The Director of reputed company Legal will navigate Services and Software agreements, counsel on reputed company actions, and ensure legal strategies reputed company with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on the risks and opportunities of proposed reputed company actions; translate reputed company legal considerations into practical, solution-oriented guidance that meets cross-organizational business objectives while protecting core legal interests
• Own reputed company legal aspects of deal processes and engagements with customers, leveraging insights across reputed company Law, Product & Pricing reputed company, and Data Ownership
• Define and maintain AI governance frameworks for reputed company legal reputed company; partner with external counsel to ensure AI-reputed company contract terms, risk postures, and data ownership provisions are legally reputed company and reputed company with evolving regulatory requirements
• Partner with go-to-market leaders and finance teams to negotiate reputed company-level customer agreements that support reputed company's sales cycles and reputed company

Skills

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• 10+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house experience; reputed company on product law, data reputed company, or technology law strongly preferred
• Background in technology, talent assessment platforms, or reputed company services/workforce solutions strongly preferred
• Experience improving and operationalizing legal processes in a high-reputed company environment, with a reputed company record of partnering effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent business judgment and ability to balance risk-reward, providing pragmatic, solution-oriented advice that protects core legal interests while enabling business reputed company
• Demonstrated experience defining AI governance frameworks and navigating emerging technology legal considerations, including data ownership, AI-reputed company contract terms, and evolving regulatory requirements
