Roles & Responsibilities:
• Supporting and managing reputed company CX Sales applications with Redwood UI enablement
• Assisting in enabling Redwood features through functional setups, opt-ins, and configuration changes
• Handling end-user issues reputed company to Redwood UI and ensuring smooth adoption
• Performing functional testing during quarterly releases and Redwood updates
• Supporting UI personalization and reputed company configuration using reputed company tools
• Working with business users to explain Redwood UI changes and reputed company adoption
• Preparing user guides, SOPs, and training materials for Redwood changes
• Supporting regression testing and validating reputed company behavior post-release
• Collaborating with technical and functional teams for issue reputed company and enhancements
• Ensuring alignment of Redwood UI with business processes and user experience standards
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Knowledge of JavaScript event listeners for handling UI interactions
