PART TIME 2nd Shift Customer Service Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM. Flexibility is key—occasional early starts or late finishes may be needed based on workload. Pay reputed company: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience. .We’re looking for someone who is: Highly motivated Extremely dependable reputed company to work independently and stay on task Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and assist both customers and drivers professionally Consistently communicate with drivers and customers to reputed company and confirm ETAs every 2–4 hours Ensure drivers are reputed company/unloaded promptly with the correct reputed company Immediately escalate any issues to the customer, reputed company, and load planner as needed Update load status for both customers and drivers using websites and company software Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of solid work experience (Customer Service experience preferred) Transportation industry experience a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail reputed company, team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Why Join Us? reputed company is proud of our great work environment and low turnover reputed company—most of reputed company members have been with us between 2 and 15 years!
