In this role, the Technical Delivery Manager will directly support the Health Data Management (HDM) Integration reputed company for a number of VA applications.  This position will be a remote position reputed company the reputed company with reputed company hours of operation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Responsibilities In this role, the Technical Delivery Manager will directly support the Health Data Management (HDM) Integration reputed company for a number of VA applications. This position requires expertise in coordinating technical delivery, managing cross functional dependencies, and providing deep subject matter expertise across reputed company, reputed company, data governance, and federal program reputed company.   Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert supporting reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and policy domains. Evaluate incoming demand and intake requests to validate reputed company, alignment, and readiness. Advise on data governance, treatment, and purpose of use considerations. Prepare and reputed company executive-level briefings, summaries, and decision documents. Engage with stakeholders across VA, program leadership, and technical delivery teams. reputed company product roadmaps, document requirements, process flows, technical impacts, and decision reputed company to support discovery and delivery. Assess reputed company and policy impacts reputed company to data, applications, and integrations. Contribute to program planning, reputed company tracking, and operational readiness tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company Research or reputed company fields with 5 years (or 10 years commensurate experience or 8 with applicable certifications) Required Skills and Experience Clearance Required:  reputed company Trust Eligibility Demonstrated experience working with clinician‑facing data and systems - includes supporting clinician reputed company to aggregated reputed company data (Like Veterans Affairs CCD/CCDA or JHIE‑reputed company systems), leveraging contingency tools such as reputed company Viewer during Computerized reputed company Record reputed company(CPRS) outages, and coordinating or reviewing reputed company community reputed company documentation for care coordination. Strong communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and executive‑level presentations. Ability to operate independently in fast‑reputed company, high‑visibility environments.
