The role partners with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into reputed company solutions, manage compensation and benefits processes, reputed company testing and troubleshooting, and support reputed company releases and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration and ongoing support for reputed company Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules
• Set up compensation plans, reputed company cycles, bonus programs, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment workflows
• reputed company reputed company business process configuration, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and production support
