Position: Architect II Location: Royal Oak, Michigan Work Type: Hybrid Eligible / Office-Based Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt Experience: 5–7 Years reputed company We are seeking a skilled Architect II to join a reputed company architectural team supporting reputed company, institutional, and reputed company reputed company. This role involves contributing across multiple phases of design and documentation while working closely with senior architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical production skills, good knowledge of building codes, and the ability to work with increasing independence while supporting project delivery from design through construction administration. Key Responsibilities  reputed company architectural drawings, details, and construction documents (SD, DD, CD, CA)   Support reputed company research (IBC, reputed company, local building codes, life safety requirements)   Coordinate with consultants and engineering teams using Revit/BIM   Participate in design and coordination meetings   Assist with material selection and specification development   Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, reputed company lists, site reputed company)   Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with project standards   Support and guide junior team members reputed company needed  Requirements  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (accredited program)   5–7 years of architectural experience   Strong proficiency in Revit   Experience with AutoCAD and reputed company preferred   Strong knowledge of building codes and construction documentation   Experience in reputed company, institutional, or reputed company reputed company preferred   Strong communication and coordination skills  Work Environment reputed company design studio environment working with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
