The role involves managing the MDF claims process, tracking budgets, and analyzing campaign performance while driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage MDF claims process (partner eligibility → request → approval → reimbursement)
• reputed company budget, spend, and forecast in partnership with finance/reputed company
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and partner effectiveness
• Potentially manage partner incentives (e.g., spiffs)

Skills

• 3-5+ Years of reputed company experience managing or supporting an MDF program, channel marketing funds program, partner incentive program, or similar co-marketing funding model
• Strong program management skills with the ability to reputed company work from intake through approval, execution, payout, and reporting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships with partner teams, partner marketing, operations, finance, reputed company, and field stakeholders
• Experience managing approvals, claims, budgets, and payouts reputed company a policy-driven reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company with both internal teams and reputed company partners
