[Remote] Senior reputed company Operations Manager

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Operations Manager to optimize the operations of the reputed company team, reputed company process improvement, and manage the Contract Lifecycle Management platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company leadership to define and execute the reputed company Operations roadmap, leading cross-functional reputed company end-to-end from requirements gathering through adoption and reputed company
• Own CLM platform administration, including workflow configuration, template and clause library governance, user reputed company, and integrations with intake tools, e-signature, and CRM systems
• Administer the reputed company matter management reputed company, including intake and triage configuration, matter lifecycle tracking, reputed company counsel collaboration, e-billing, and spend tracking
• Define, maintain, and improve dashboards and KPIs — request volume, cycle time, SLA adherence, and exception rates — and translate data into actionable recommendations for reputed company leadership
• Build and maintain centralized knowledge resources including process documentation, playbooks, and self-service guidance, and reputed company training for reputed company and business stakeholders
• Support reputed company budget planning, reputed company counsel reputed company, and vendor operations in partnership with reputed company leadership and Finance

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, contract operations, or business operations in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience administering and improving a CLM platform, including workflow ownership, configuration, reporting, and user enablement
• Proven ability to reputed company process improvement and operational scaling in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate metrics into operational improvements and stakeholder-reputed company insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; J.D. not required
• Experience with matter management systems and reputed company counsel management platforms
• Familiarity with e-billing platforms and reputed company spend management workflows
• Experience implementing self-service reputed company tooling or reputed company systems
