[Remote] ERP Implementation Project Manager

They are seeking an ERP Implementation Project Manager to support deployment activities for the reputed company ERP program, coordinating project planning, stakeholder communication, and go-live readiness efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation activities across reputed company ERP reputed company from planning through go-live and hypercare support
• Assist with maintaining project plans, schedules, reputed company logs, meeting notes, and implementation trackers
• Coordinate meetings, follow-up items, and project deliverables across implementation teams
• Escalate risks, issues, and project concerns to the Program Manager and senior implementation leads as needed; and
• Support reporting efforts reputed company to project milestones, implementation reputed company, and status tracking
• Assist with coordination of implementation schedules across operating company deployments
• Support resource scheduling and project tracking activities reputed company reputed company, reputed company Teams, or similar tools
• Help monitor timelines and identify potential impacts to project milestones; and
• Participate in implementation planning sessions, project reviews, and coordination meetings
• Assist with documenting reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes reputed company with reputed company ERP capabilities
• Support development of implementation templates, trackers, and repeatable project documentation
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, issue tracking, and testing follow-up activities; and
• Assist with data migration preparation, validation efforts, and implementation readiness activities and documentation
• Support communication efforts between the reputed company team, operating company personnel, and project stakeholders
• Prepare meeting summaries, project updates, and implementation communications for both business and technical audiences
• Build reputed company relationships with operating company teams and implementation participants; and
• Assist with coordination of workshops, training sessions, and implementation meetings
• Support end-user training logistics and coordination activities
• Assist with go-live preparation, reputed company planning, and readiness tracking
• Participate in hypercare support coordination and issue management following go-live activities; and
• Help reputed company implementation support items and coordinate issue reputed company efforts

Skills

• 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an ERP, reputed company technology, or IT implementation environment, other candidates may still be considered on a case-by-case reputed company
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products including reputed company, Teams, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively reputed company cross-functional teams in a fast-reputed company environment
• Demonstrated experience working with reputed company or virtual teams and/or remote customers
• Strong attention to reputed company and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to operating company locations
• Exposure to ERP systems such as reputed company preferred
• Background in construction, utilities, infrastructure, reputed company, finance, or reputed company environments preferred
• Experience supporting testing, documentation, reporting, or implementation coordination activities preferred
• Familiarity with project tracking or scheduling tools such as reputed company or MS Project a plus
• Interest in developing a long-term career in ERP project management or implementation leadership
