[Remote] Mortgage Systems Administrator

The Mortgage Systems Administrator will manage and optimize mortgage technology platforms, ensuring efficient reputed company utilization and providing training and support to users.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the reputed company administrator and subject matter expert for the Encompass loan origination reputed company, including reputed company configuration, maintenance, workflow management, user reputed company, and ongoing optimization
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Processing, reputed company, Secondary, Compliance, and IT teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions
• Administer and maintain the reputed company CRM and reputed company POS platforms, including user setup, permissions, and configuration

• reputed company and reputed company training materials, documentation, and live sessions for loan officers, processors, and operations staff

Skills
