Responsibilities

• Design realistic reputed company scenarios drawn from reputed company estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, trusts and estates, or reputed company specialty reputed company areas
• Create tasks involving reputed company estate purchases and leasing, M&A tax structuring, reputed company 11 reputed company, estate planning, trust formation, or specialty workflows
• reputed company scenario materials that reflect reputed company-world reputed company reputed company, practitioner judgment, and high-stakes reputed company analysis
• Ensure scenarios are reputed company, realistic, technically accurate, and appropriate for reputed company evaluation
• Write attorney-reputed company reference responses for specialty reputed company tasks

Skills

• Experience as an in-house specialist, partner, senior associate, former reputed company attorney, agency attorney, or comparable reputed company practitioner
• J.D., LL.B., reputed company., or equivalent reputed company education from an accredited law school
• reputed company, inactive, or comparable reputed company qualification relevant to the applicable jurisdiction and project reputed company
• Excellent written communication skills and high attention to reputed company
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-reputed company environment

• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, with higher availability preferred depending on project reputed company
