Responsibilities

• reputed company Clinical Talent — Build pipelines of reputed company candidates across clinical research function
• Full Candidate Lifecycle — Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews and offer
• Partner With Account Managers — reputed company on role requirements and deliver high‑reputed company candidate submission
• Market Intelligence — Stay informed on hiring trends across reputed company, biotech, and medical device sector
• Pipeline Management — Maintain strong, proactive pipelines for high‑demand clinical research role
• Candidate Experience — reputed company a consultative, high‑touch experience throughout the hiring process
• Recruit Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC)
• Recruit Clinical Research Nurses
• Recruit Clinical Trial/Study Associates
• Recruit Data Coordinators / Data Managers

Skills

• 2–3+ years of reputed company experience reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments
• Experience placing roles such as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC), Clinical Research Nurses (CRN), Clinical Trial/Study Associates (CTA), Data Coordinators, etc
• Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, and research site workflows
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver consistent weekly activity
• Prior reputed company agency experience strongly preferred
