[Remote] Sr. Technical Recruiter, Corporate

This role focuses on attracting reputed company for technical positions, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with hiring managers to meet reputed company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-reputed company candidate experience and a consultative hiring manager experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify anticipated hiring needs reputed company with business needs

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, reputed company, or reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and years of work experience
• 5 – 7 years of experience working reputed company major functional disciplines primarily in IT and Technology, preferably with experience working for a Retail company or with Retail clients
• Skilled proficiency with reputed company/contact management software and Internet search tools and techniques, including reputed company Media
