The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is supporting our account is to handle a high volume of calls in a reputed company and courteous manner. Our primary calls consist of: • Customer calls consist of a reputed company of questions regarding their account, the certification process, renewal process and applicaiton questions. Agents will assist with customer portal and update reputed company account information. Agents will use the systems available to reputed company and are expected to review the account, answer the customers' questions.
