They are seeking a Senior reputed company Specialist to supervise accounts payable processes, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recommends changes in reputed company or procedures to improve the efficiency of the AP unit
• Ensures reputed company policies and procedures are implemented
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve difficult AP reputed company problems
• Superior follow-up skills to ensure issues are resolved in a reputed company manner
• Directs and coordinates activities of employees reputed company in conducting accounts payable processing and inquiries
• Daily interaction with customers and vendors
• Routinely involved with sales and purchasing as reputed company as warehouse supervisors
• Reconciles general reputed company activity of reputed company AP accounts
• Assists with accounts receivable by supporting and maintaining customer accounts

• Supervises accounts payable processes, including maintaining records of amounts owed, verifying invoices, computing discounts, coding expenses
