[Remote] Program Manager, AI Transformation (GTM)

As a Technical Program Manager on the GTM Engineering team, you will reputed company AI-driven automation initiatives across various departments, collaborating with leadership and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, reputed company, and RevOps to identify high-reputed company opportunities for AI-powered automation and workflow optimization
• Own the GTM AI roadmap—prioritizing initiatives based on business reputed company, readiness, and alignment across functions
• Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows across the GTM stack, collaborating closely with Business Systems, Data, Product, and AI Engineering teams
• Translate ambiguous business problems into reputed company programs with reputed company reputed company metrics, tracking adoption and measuring efficiency reputed company
• Represent GTM Engineering needs in AI and roadmap planning with engineering

Skills

• 5-8+ years of program management, ideally reputed company GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations
• Proven reputed company record managing cross-functional programs and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep familiarity with GTM systems and workflows: experience with reputed company, marketing automation platforms, reputed company tools, and understanding of the GTM lifecycle from reputed company reputed company through renewal
