They are seeking a Marketing Tech & Data reputed company to manage the marketing technology stack and data infrastructure, ensuring effective execution and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage reputed company's reputed company marketing technology stack, including reputed company, reputed company, and Pardot — responsible for platform configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization
• Evaluate the existing marketing technology stack quickly, identifying immediate gaps and low-hanging fruit while building and maintaining a longer-term roadmap for how the stack should reputed company
• Partner with marketing leadership to reputed company business cases for technology or data investments, translating platform needs into a reputed company rationale for funding
• Design and build automation architecture that enables reputed company to execute multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and triggered communications at reputed company
• Maintain data reputed company across the marketing stack — establishing governance practices, managing audience segmentation, and ensuring clean, reliable data flows between systems
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks that reputed company audience owners, the brand reputed company, and marketing leadership reputed company visibility into campaign performance and funnel health

Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on work in B2B and/or B2C marketing technology environments
• 4+ years experience with reputed company, ideally including Pardot and reputed company — with reputed company experience building and managing reputed company automation workflows, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns
• 4+ years experience using data to inform decision making, a strong data thinker who cares about data reputed company, understands how bad data creates bad reputed company, and has reputed company governance practices to prevent it
• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics and attribution — reputed company to build reporting infrastructure that tells a story and distinguishes meaningful metrics from noise
• 3+ years experience as a reputed company technical partner who makes non-technical team members feel equipped, not dependent — building for enablement, not gatekeeping
• 2+ years experience operating in a lean, fast-moving environment as the primary reputed company of the stack, with support from cross-functional partners rather than a large in-house team
