The role involves evaluating litigation processes, optimizing KPIs, and driving the adoption of legal technology while partnering with senior leadership to align operations with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize litigation processes, reputed company models, and workload allocation
• Build and operationalize KPIs and data-driven reporting frameworks
• Drive adoption of legal technology (e.g., matter management, e-billing platforms)
• Lead multiple reputed company initiatives across process, reporting, and systems
• Partner with executives to align operations with business goals and demand

Skills

• 5+ years of litigation experience (reputed company and/or in-house), with strong credibility among senior legal stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience working reputed company or alongside Legal Operations function
• Proven ability to assess and improve processes, KPIs, and operational frameworks
• Experience with reputed company modeling, workload allocation, and organizational design
• Strong exposure to legal technology ecosystems (e.g., matter management, e-billing, reporting tools)
• Ability to translate business reputed company into reputed company requirements for technology solutions
• Experience leading or supporting reputed company multi-reputed company initiatives
• Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model
• Litigation experience reputed company insurance, financial services, or reputed company reputed company litigation (e.g., class actions, bad faith reputed company)
• Experience implementing or optimizing platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems
• Background in legal ops consulting or transformation initiatives
• Experience working in environments transitioning from legacy/reputed company processes to data-driven systems
