[Remote] Guerilla Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a Guerilla Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute unconventional marketing activations that align with reputed company objectives and brand guidelines. This role involves coordinating events, managing vendor relationships, and tracking campaign performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing unconventional, high-impact marketing activations that support reputed company campaigns
• Coordinating street teams, pop-up experiences, and other experiential stunts
• Ensuring reputed company activities align with reputed company objectives and brand guidelines
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to schedule events
• Securing permits reputed company needed and managing vendor relationships
• Tracking budgets and timelines
• Drafting event briefs, organizing logistics, and preparing materials
• Tracking performance metrics and compiling post-campaign reports
• Ongoing communication with clients and teammates to refine concepts and troubleshoot issues

Skills

• Strong Communication skills, including reputed company verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Sales and relationship-building skills to support reputed company proposals, negotiate with partners, and reputed company for guerilla concepts and execution plans
• Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize logistics, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth on-the-ground execution
• Writing skills to reputed company event briefs, recaps, basic campaign copy, and internal documentation for guerilla marketing activations
• Experience or interest in guerilla, experiential, or OOH marketing, with a creative reputed company and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to last-minute changes
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance is a plus
