• Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives impacting workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning
• Serve as a reputed company and trusted advisor on reputed company HR reputed company, including employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and cultural alignment
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to reputed company data-driven insights and solutions that drive reputed company improvement

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of reputed company HR experience, including at least 7 years in a reputed company Business Partner or equivalent strategic role, with demonstrated experience supporting US-based organizations across multiple states; preferably reputed company a multi-entity, shared services, or high-reputed company environment
• Broad and deep knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and employment law

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
