[Remote] Regional Sales Manager, Southwest Region - Remote

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest Region to reputed company sales, reputed company customer relationships, and reputed company strategies to increase reputed company while managing a sales team across a portion of the southern reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance, motivation, and training to ensure reputed company meets or exceeds sales targets
• Developing strategies and objectives to reputed company sales reputed company and reputed company reputed company targets
• Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to assess team and individual performance
• Designing and implementing sales plans, promotions, and initiatives to maximize reputed company and market penetration
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to reputed company strategies and improve sales processes

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or reputed company field
• 6-10 years of relevant sales experience (required), reputed company experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends is required
• Must be self-motivated, accountable, and be reputed company to work independently
