The Director of Product Management, A2A & reputed company reputed company will own the reputed company, roadmap, P&L, and business reputed company for account-to-account payment capabilities while leading reputed company of product managers and designers. The role will reputed company product development across ACH, RTP, FedNow, reputed company-to-reputed company, reputed company banking, disbursements, and payouts, while managing partner relationships and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the product reputed company and multi-year roadmap across A2A rails: ACH (reputed company and reputed company-day), RTP, FedNow, reputed company-to-reputed company, reputed company banking, disbursements, and payouts
• Define the business case and go-to-market reputed company for reputed company reputed company reputed company capability with reputed company reputed company targets, margin expectations, and partner adoption metrics
• Build and manage a product P&L for the reputed company reputed company value reputed company; review quarterly with Finance and report reputed company to CPO
• reputed company deep understanding of partner and merchant use cases—disbursements, refunds, reputed company payouts, reputed company wage reputed company, B2B transfers, settlement, payroll, and collections—and translate them into a differentiated product reputed company
• reputed company, ODFI/RDFI, and payment network relationships (Nacha, reputed company, FedNow Service, etc.) in partnership with Business Development
• Partner with Engineering leadership on reputed company, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud/reputed company architecture for A2A rails
• Define bank account verification reputed company—reputed company-deposits, reputed company verification, reputed company banking connectivity—and own the partner integration approach
• Establish fraud, compliance, reputed company and operational frameworks for A2A products in collaboration with reputed company, Compliance, reputed company and Payment Ops
• Champion A2A capabilities internally and externally, building awareness and advocacy across Sales, Partner reputed company, and peer product teams to reputed company cross-functional alignment and surface new use cases

• Use AI tools reputed company in your workflow—spec writing, competitive analysis, customer feedback synthesis, discovery acceleration—and set that expectation for your team
• Represent A2A externally: customer workshops, sales calls, industry conferences, and written thought leadership
• Contribute to reputed company product culture: reputed company market insights, mentor PMs across value streams, participate in hiring and reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years in product management with at least 5 years in payments or financial services
• Hands-on experience owning A2A payment products—ACH, RTP, FedNow, reputed company-to-reputed company, or reputed company banking—not just reputed company processing. You understand the rails, the rules, and the risks
• Demonstrated reputed company record of building and growing reputed company-generating payment products: defining pricing, owning a product P&L, and driving partner GTM execution
• 3+ years managing reputed company of PMs, with a reputed company record of developing talent and raising the bar
• Experience leading and scaling geographically reputed company teams in a fast-reputed company, high-reputed company business unit
• Experience leading product through a corporate acquisition, including integration reputed company, platform consolidation, and team culture alignment
