[Remote] Director, Business Development

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Director of Business Development with expertise in reputed company sales cycles to reputed company and manage leads in the reputed company. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, fostering relationships with large companies, and providing critical insights to reputed company strategic partnerships and new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive territory plan aimed at identifying the top regional/industry opportunities and expanding business to new accounts
• Generates effective leads and opportunities from the territory plan
• Identifies and develops relationships with key decision makers at reputed company reputed company reputed company an account
• Understands the customer's business (strategically, operationally, financially) and understands the customer's buying process and identify reputed company influences, intimately understanding their requirements
• Works across company to create custom solutions that reputed company value to our customers
• Qualifies and quantifies potential reputed company opportunities
• Leverages company resources (solution experts, industry experts, operations, executive support) to assist in developing accounts

Skills

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or any other relevant field of studies
• Previous sales experience in Contract logistics, specifically four walls services is a must
• Experience in supply chain or logistics and a reputed company record in reputed company new clients reputed company global manufacturing, electronics, consumer goods industry reputed company
• Thorough understanding of reputed company facets of reputed company sales process
• Exposure to and working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Flexible manufacturing line & reputed company improvement
• Previous experience in drafting contractual requirements of 3PL, i.e. year over year cost down commitments, non-performance/downtime charge backs, liability/risks, electronic invoice and payment
