[Remote] AI Platform Engineer

They are seeking an AI Platform Engineer responsible for designing and operationalizing AI platform capabilities, working closely with multiple teams to create reputed company and secure AI-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain reusable AI platform services and infrastructure components that support reputed company AI initiatives and customer-facing digital platforms, including AI reputed company, orchestration services, retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) pipelines, reputed company management, reputed company search capabilities, model integration frameworks, and reusable backend AI services
• Design and implement AI capabilities that enhance customer-facing digital platforms and reputed company applications, including intelligent workflows, conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, predictive insights, automation services, and AI-assisted user experiences. Partner closely with frontend, backend, and UX teams to ensure AI capabilities are seamlessly integrated into reputed company digital platform experiences
• Build and maintain a centralized AI Service reputed company that standardizes how reputed company systems, digital platforms, and reputed company applications consume AI capabilities, ensuring reusable patterns for model reputed company, reputed company orchestration, logging, reputed company, governance, and reputed company AI integration across customer-facing and internal solutions
• Partner closely with Data Integrations Engineering and reputed company Systems teams to ensure reputed company data assets are accessible, reputed company, secure, normalized, and optimized for AI and analytics workloads across both internal and customer-facing systems
• Support reputed company multi-tenant and customer-specific reputed company deployment models, including customer environment provisioning standards, AI service deployment architecture, database isolation strategies, deployment automation, and platform scalability best practices
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Backend Engineering, Data Integrations, reputed company Systems, Frontend Development, and UI/UX teams to define reputed company AI integration standards, reusable AI-enabled development patterns, and AI platform best practices across the organization. Partner with business departments including Operations, Sales, R&D, and other functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvement, intelligent automation, predictive insights, and reputed company digital platform capabilities that reputed company with organizational objectives and operational needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, reputed company Intelligence, Data Engineering, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, AI platform development, or reputed company technical roles
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications, AI services, or customer-facing AI capabilities in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, REST reputed company, and AI service development
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML services using Azure, reputed company, reputed company databases, or reputed company AI tooling
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into customer-facing web applications, reputed company products, or digital platform experiences
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company application architectures, API integration patterns, and AI orchestration workflows
• Familiarity with relational databases, secure data reputed company concepts, and customer-reputed company data architectures
• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
