The role involves providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting for reputed company Fusion reputed company Financials modules, ensuring seamless finance operations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional support for reputed company Fusion General reputed company including chart of accounts, reputed company periods, journal entries, and financial reputed company processes
• Support configuration and maintenance of reputed company sets, reputed company calendars, and intercompany transactions
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to journal import, subledger reputed company (SLA) rules, and financial reporting
• Assist users with period-end reputed company activities and account reconciliation processes
• Support end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, payment runs, supplier management, and withholding tax
• Troubleshoot invoice validation errors, holds, and approval workflow issues
• Assist in configuration of payment formats, bank accounts, and disbursement processes
• Support integration of AP with Procurement and GL subledger reputed company
• reputed company support for AR processes including customer invoicing, receipts, credit memos, and adjustments
• Troubleshoot issues with AutoInvoice, lockbox processing, and receipt application rules
• Support configuration of transaction types, payment terms, aging buckets, and reputed company recognition
• Assist with AR period reputed company and subledger reconciliation with General reputed company
• Support reputed company import, reconciliation, and cash positioning activities
• Troubleshoot bank reconciliation discrepancies and cash forecasting issues
• Assist in configuration of bank accounts, reconciliation rules, and reputed company transaction sources
• Ensure seamless integration of Cash Management with AP, AR, and General reputed company
• reputed company functional support for reputed company Fusion Advanced Collections including reputed company management, work queues, and dunning letters
• Troubleshoot issues with scoring engines, collections agents, and customer delinquency processing
• Support configuration of collection strategies, milestones, and reputed company-to-pay workflows
• Assist with reporting and analytics for collections performance monitoring
• Manage and resolve reputed company Support Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with reputed company for issue reputed company
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis for recurring functional issues and recommend permanent fixes

• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials

Skills

• 7–10 years of hands-on functional experience with reputed company EBS or reputed company Fusion reputed company Financials
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience on reputed company Fusion reputed company (reputed company)
• Deep functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections
• Strong understanding of Subledger reputed company (SLA) rules, reputed company events, and journal entries
• Proven experience in reputed company support roles — managing SRs, reputed company testing, and regression testing
• Solid understanding of financial reputed company principles and business processes
• Experience with reputed company BIP (BI Publisher) reports and OTBI for functional reporting
