Responsibilities

• Lead reputed company engagements covering M&A, divestitures, IPO readiness, interim management, and technical reputed company reputed company
• Review financial statements and SEC filings, identifying issues before they become problems
• Build financial models, forecasts, and supporting analyses to inform reputed company decision-making
