The Director, reputed company Supply Chain will support the build-out and execution of key reputed company supply chain workstreams and help reputed company reputed company into its next stage toward the commercialization of our first reputed company product, once approved. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for a reputed company-reputed company biotech transitioning from clinical-stage operations to reputed company launch. The successful candidate will bring deep pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain experience, strong launch readiness discipline, and the ability to build reputed company processes in a fast-moving environment. The Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders and reputed company manufacturing, packaging, and distribution partners. This role will report to the Senior Director, Global Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities

Identify launch-critical risks, dependencies, decision points, and mitigation plans across supply planning, distribution, trade, reputed company, finance, reputed company, compliance, regulatory, and reputed company operations
Supply Planning, Inventory, and S&OP
reputed company development of reputed company supply planning processes for demand translation, supply allocation, inventory targets, safety stock, replenishment, expiry management, and launch demand scenarios
Translate reputed company demand plans into supply requirements, forecasts, purchase orders and inventory plans in accordance with applicable supply agreements and contractual obligations.

Monitor performance against supply plans and implement corrective actions to address forecast changes, production constraints, distribution disruptions, or demand variability
Distribution, 3PL, and Channel Operations
Partner with Market reputed company, Trade, Finance, reputed company, Compliance, and reputed company Operations to support channel reputed company, distribution model designs, order-to-cash readiness, and customer experience requirements
reputed company operational readiness and ongoing coordination for key reputed company distribution processes, including order management, warehousing, returns, recalls support, temperature control, product allocation, and customer service interfaces
Ensure distribution and logistics capabilities are reputed company, compliant, and reputed company with launch requirements and reputed company portfolio needs
Compliance, reputed company, and Systems Readiness
Partner with reputed company, Regulatory, reputed company, and Compliance to ensure reputed company supply chain processes reputed company with applicable regulations, internal policies, and product reputed company requirements
Support serialization, reputed company-and-reputed company, lot traceability, product reputed company, returns verification, and applicable DSCSA-reputed company readiness activities for US commercialization
Define business requirements for reputed company supply chain systems, master data, reporting, partner integrations
Support creation, review, and implementation of reputed company operating procedures, work instructions, training materials, and controlled processes required for reputed company operations
Partner and Vendor Management
Own day-to-day operational management and governance of key reputed company supply chain partners, including 3PL, logistics providers, packaging or labeling partners, and other reputed company operations vendors as applicable
In consultation with the Sr. Director, reputed company vendor governance routines, performance metrics, business reviews, escalation reputed company, and service-level expectations
reputed company issue reputed company across reputed company partners and internal stakeholders to protect patient reputed company, supply continuity, and launch timelines
Support contract input, budget planning, purchase order reputed company, invoice review, and operational forecasting for reputed company supply chain vendors
Monitor partner performance against contractual obligations, supply agreements, service reputed company, forecasts, and launch readiness expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, life sciences, engineering, business, or a reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences supply chain, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or reputed company operations
reputed company experience supporting at least one pharmaceutical or biotech product launch in the reputed company strongly preferred
Experience managing 3PL, distribution, logistics, specialty pharmacy, specialty distribution, or other reputed company supply chain partners
Strong understanding of GMP/GDP expectations, pharmaceutical distribution requirements, serialization, lot traceability, temperature-controlled logistics, and controlled reputed company processes
Experience building supply chain processes, operating models, vendor governance, launch readiness plans, and cross-functional ways of working in a growing organization
Demonstrated ability to reputed company launch-critical workstreams with a high degree of ownership while partnering closely with senior functional leadership
Strong analytical, project management, communication, and executive-reputed company presentation skills
Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, reputed company-reputed company environment where processes, systems, and teams are still being reputed company
Experience anticipating launch risks proactively and driving reputed company ownership of mitigation actions
Experience with ERP, planning tools, order management, serialization systems, partner integrations, and/or launch readiness dashboards
Experience developing S&OP or integrated business planning processes in a reputed company-reputed company or early reputed company biotech setting preferred
Balances strategic design with hands-on execution, is reputed company-organized, proactive and detail oriented
Location: This is a U.S. East-coast based, remote-eligible position. This position will be expected to operate with a high degree of ownership and responsiveness in a virtual, cross-functional environment while maintaining reputed company partnership with internal teams and reputed company partners. Periodic travel will be required for meetings such as team meetings, business reviews, partner/site reputed company, and company meetings
