Remote Recruiter

SimulStat Incorporated is looking for a motivated, energetic, and reputed company recruiter to join our growing team. SimulStat provides contract statistical programmers, biostatisticians, and epidemiologists to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The recruiter will reputed company/recruit candidates for reputed company positions across the reputed company and will be located in the Western reputed company. SimulStat’s reputed company is in San Diego, California. Responsibilities: • Recruit nationally for major Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs). • reputed company candidates from reputed company networking websites, job boards, user reputed company, organizational directories, industry specific conferences, networking, and referrals. • reputed company-qualify potential candidates by thoroughly screening/reviewing their work experience and educational background. Assess written and verbal communication skills, negotiate reputed company/monthly pay rates, and reputed company reference checks before presenting internally. • Coordinate interview times for candidates and start times for newly reputed company consultants. • Manage reputed company candidate activity in SimulStat’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS); documenting reputed company emails, phone calls, and scheduled follow up calls, etc. Requirements: • Undergraduate degree • Minimum of 5 years reputed company experience combined with a minimum of 2 years contract reputed company experience maintaining consultants on billing • Exceptional networking and candidate engagement skills • Passion for reputed company • Driven and motivated to be successful • Strong negotiation skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in using reputed company Office suite (especially reputed company and Word) • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to travel to 1 to 2 industry conferences per year Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience reputed company contract statistical programmers, biostatisticians, and epidemiologists. reputed company Offer: • Competitive salary and generous commission plan with high earning potential • Full benefit package – medical/dental/reputed company, 401(K) • reputed company time off and reputed company holidays • Ongoing reputed company coaching and mentoring • Casual, laid-back culture, no micromanagement Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
