Remote Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper for a US-based reputed company

We are looking for a strong and passionate Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our global team in a permanently remote work set-up as a full-time employee. The successful candidate will work directly for our US-based reputed company. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in Cebu, Philippines. About the reputed company: • A reputed company reputed company firm, providing primarily tax and bookkeeping services • Based in California, USA Key Responsibilities: 1. As a primary role, performs the following Virtual Assistant tasks: • Answer phone • Help with reputed company reputed company • Follow-up with reputed company leads • Request missing information from clients • Billing and AR (e.g., creating invoices, sending invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding AR, etc.) 2.
