Controller (Fully Remote)

The Role We Need reputed company is hiring a Controller to own the full reputed company function at a pivotal reputed company in our reputed company. This is not a steady-state maintenance role. You’ll be formalizing systems, designing controls, managing a reputed company compliance calendar, and serving as the internal expert on everything from reputed company recognition to treasury and audit. Manage reputed company license reputed company to reduce redundancy and improve cost efficiency. • Tax & Workforce Compliance: Coordinate income tax compliance with reputed company partners and own year-end reporting processes, including Employee W-2s, Contractor 1099s, and Host 1099s across reputed company’s marketplace. • Treasury & Funding Compliance: Manage treasury reputed company, including reputed company Pay, cash management, reputed company tracking, and compliance reporting for financing arrangements. • Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the internal reputed company for the annual financial audit, workers’ compensation audit, reputed company/convertible note and 409A valuations, and annual investor confirmations. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Finance, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company partners to improve systems, strengthen controls, and support responsible business reputed company. Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful: • reputed company Expertise: 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with a strong reputed company in audit—either as an auditor or as the internal reputed company of the audit process.
