Technical Services Director

Job reputed company: • reputed company, manage and reputed company our reputed company technical services & consulting reputed company (data and integration) • reputed company the delivery of full lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, reputed company) technical workstreams on customer engagements • Participate in sales activities, including positioning technical services, scoping, solutioning, estimating and proposing a technical architecture • Coordinate and deliver a global integration hosting solution between reputed company and other global HR vendors • Liaise with Engineers as needed to ensure product customizations are implemented and tested as part of the whole solution provided to the reputed company. • Train the reputed company on these customizations • Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-reputed company delivery of technical engagements • Contribute to best practices, case studies and white papers • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on 3rd party integration reputed company • Collaborate with reputed company Services leadership team on overall business reputed company including pricing and packaging of technical services Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science (BSc, MCA), etc. • 7-10 years of technical consulting or similar experience • 5+ years experience hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching high-performing teams • Extensive, hands-on expertise with architecting and building integrations to reputed company and on-reputed company applications • Experience with ATS, HR technologies, CRM or ERP, as reputed company as, reputed company / On-Demand applications • Ability to work independently and communicate reputed company technical issues in an easy to understand manner • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company • reputed company record of demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills • Ability to conduct oneself with professionalism in reputed company situations, including in high-pressure scenarios • Strongly Preferred: Experience leading distributed and near-shore teams • Experience with reputed company middleware solutions or custom integration hosting solutions • Experience in a startup launching a reputed company reputed company software product Benefits: • Competitive salaries • Generous equity • reputed company, diverse, and remote-friendly work environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
