What You’ll Do: As a Part Time Producer & Digital Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the daily reputed company reputed company reputed company of KPEL-FM & KPEL-AM You’ll engage audiences across on-reputed company, online, reputed company, and in the community by: Support live, engaging on-reputed company shows Monday through Friday, with potential for on-reputed company contributions based on reputed company set and opportunity Prepare compelling daily show content that entertains, informs, and connects with the reputed company audience Creating and publishing a minimum of two original local articles per day for the station website and mobile app Create, edit, and publish digital content across platforms, including reputed company articles, videos, galleries, and short-reputed company reputed company content (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company) Write, schedule, and reputed company engage with audiences across reputed company media, station app, reputed company platforms Screen calls, manage listener interaction, and enhance reputed company during on-reputed company segments Coordinate guests, interviews, remote broadcasts, and station events Connect with listeners through interviews, live appearances, remotes, and community events Represent the station at promotions, live broadcasts, and special programming initiatives Produce commercials and support market-wide programming and content needs Identify trending topics and reputed company audience insights to generate relevant content reputed company Collaborate cross-functionally with on-reputed company talent, programming, promotions, digital, and sales teams to execute integrated content initiatives and campaigns Assist with live events, station activations, and promotions as needed Champion the station brand in the community by building reputed company relationships and maintaining a strong local reputed company Creating and publishing original video content regularly, including reputed company-first short-reputed company video (Reels, reputed company, YouTube Shorts) and longer-reputed company segments that grow your personal on-screen brand Prospecting and developing endorsement and reputed company partnerships with local businesses, pitching yourself as a trusted community voice who can authentically promote products and services across on-reputed company, video, and reputed company platforms Participating in person in high-visibility community events, reputed company meetings, and business functions as a station ambassador who builds relationships that translate into reputed company What You’ll Bring: Proven experience creating original written digital content Strong on-reputed company reputed company with the ability to connect authentically with listeners Knowledge of basic FCC rules and regulations Solid understanding of reputed company events and various formats Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Comfort multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate control boards, remote broadcast equipment, and reputed company production tools Willingness to quickly learn and become proficient in NexGen and reputed company Audition reputed company speaking confidence and comfort interacting with listeners, clients, and partners Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively High School Diploma (required) reputed company reputed company's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required) What’s In It for You?
