Provider Enrollment Specialist – reputed company
Job reputed company:
• Review, process, and manage reputed company provider enrollment and revalidation applications.
• Verify reputed company application data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reputed company guidelines.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and proactively follow up with providers to obtain required information.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of application status, reputed company efforts, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with providers regarding application requirements, deficiencies, and next steps.
• Partner with reputed company representatives and internal leadership to resolve pending questions, escalations, or barriers preventing application approval.
• Monitor assigned workload to ensure reputed company processing and adherence to established turnaround times.
• Escalate reputed company issues or policy-reputed company questions to leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive provider and organizational information.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company administration, reputed company enrollment, claims processing, or reputed company transaction-reputed company preferred.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and data entry systems.
• Experience working with reputed company guidelines or provider enrollment systems is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet productivity goals preferred
