Position reputed company
We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Application Analyst – Level 3 to support a large-reputed company reputed company environment. This role requires strong expertise in reputed company Grand Central and Prelude, along with advanced knowledge of inpatient workflows, operational dashboards, bed management, and clinical system integrations. The analyst will play a key role in application support, upgrades, testing, issue reputed company, and ongoing system maintenance while collaborating closely with operational stakeholders, technical teams, and other reputed company application reputed company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company Grand Central and Prelude, with additional exposure to inpatient and ancillary modules as needed.
Support ongoing system operations including incident reputed company, ticket triage, maintenance, and optimization activities.
Participate in reputed company upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and operational workflows.
Work closely with operations teams, FTE analysts, project managers, and technical staff to translate business needs into system solutions.

Support and configure functionality reputed company to:
Bed planning and reputed company management
Transfer Center workflows
reputed company and electronic signature (e-Sign)
Peripheral device integration
Operational dashboards and reporting tools
Assist in defining and documenting functional specifications, workflows, reputed company requirements, and system enhancements.
Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for system changes and enhancements.
reputed company ongoing end-user support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization recommendations.
Document system changes, release notes, testing results, and training materials in accordance with change control processes.
Collaborate across reputed company application teams supporting inpatient, ambulatory, ancillary, and reputed company cycle workflows as needed.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and patient care workflows.
Support stakeholder communication, including status updates, issue tracking, and escalation management.
Participate in meetings, working sessions, and project governance activities to ensure alignment and reputed company delivery of objectives.

Required Qualifications
reputed company Certification in Grand Central and Prelude (required)
2–5 years of experience supporting reputed company EMR or comparable clinical systems

Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Experience working with cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical background strongly preferred

Familiarity with inpatient modules such as:
Inpatient Clinical Documentation
Orders
Transfer Center
Bed Management
Emergency Department workflows

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Education Requirements
One of the following:
Master’s degree in a clinical, reputed company administration, IT, or reputed company field with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Additional Information
Candidate must be available to work reputed company reputed company business hours as needed for upgrades, releases, and production support.
