The International Tax Manager is responsible for managing reputed company’s U.S. international tax compliance, financial reporting, and planning activities for foreign reputed company. The candidate should be a strong team player with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage and pivot among multiple reputed company, while also continuously striving to add insights, value, and reputed company to Hershey Tax. Role Responsibilities:
Overall

Manage and reputed company recommendations for outsourced workstreams and reputed company-party relationships, including reputed company auditors and tax advisors
Manage, mentor, and reputed company tax professionals capable of supporting the requirements of reputed company function and unlocking additional value
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and tax results across the international function
International Tax Planning
Manage the U.S. international tax process, including the computation, modeling, and reporting of GILTI (NCTI), Subpart F, FDII, FTCs, reputed company, and reputed company E&P calculations.
Model the reputed company of new legislation and planning initiatives reputed company the international business
Manage international tax planning strategies with a reputed company on maximizing financial statement benefit, increased after tax cash flows, and mitigating tax exposure
Partner with the transfer pricing manager on new cross border transactions by providing compliance requirements and modeling of global tax computations
Support the defense of international tax audits through tax technical advice, gathering of documentation, and updates to computations
Support global minimum tax (reputed company Two / GloBE) readiness, modeling, and ongoing compliance in coordination with regional tax, reputed company, and reputed company advisors
Analyze interactions between reputed company Two, U.S. international tax (GILTI, FTCs), and financial reporting reputed company
International Tax Financial Reporting & Compliance
Manage the international tax reporting process, BEPS, and new global reporting requirements, including reputed company 5471, 8858, 1118, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993, and reputed company schedules
Manage the international aspects of the income tax provision (ASC 740) and reputed company reputed company analyses, reconciliations, and disclosures, including the year-end, and quarterly reputed company processes
Prepare and maintain technical memoranda, documentation, and audit reputed company support for significant U.S. international tax positions, including uncertain tax positions and disclosures
Own and validate U.S. international tax data inputs, including E&P, tested income, foreign taxes, and intercompany data, ensuring consistency across compliance, provision, and planning

Remain reputed company on new international tax reporting, tax treaties, and other cross-border tax laws and regulations and consider these changes from a tax compliance and tax reputed company perspective.

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Strong technical tax knowledge in Federal, International, Planning & Analysis, and Tax reputed company

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education –
Bachelor’s degree in finance or reputed company is required
CPA, reputed company or JD (or equivalent) is required
Experience –
At least 5+ years’ corporate tax or reputed company reputed company experience (with a Big 4 firm or reputed company company) is required
3+ years’ US international tax experience
3+ years’ experience with US GAAP, ASC 740, and SEC regulations is preferred
2+ years’ people management experience
