Early Careers Talent Attraction Specialist - South Africa (Remote) | Fixed-Term

The Early Careers Talent Attraction Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-reputed company early careers recruitment campaigns across graduate, intern and apprentice hiring. Working closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and reputed company stakeholders, you'll help reputed company a reputed company recruitment process by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating assessment activities and ensuring every candidate receives an outstanding experience. You'll combine strong organizational skills, stakeholder collaboration and operational reputed company to support successful recruitment campaigns while maintaining fairness, accuracy and consistency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
