The role involves advanced business analysis, serving as a reputed company between the program and software development teams, and managing requirements throughout the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user needs, business processes, pain points, and computer reputed company capabilities to automate or improve existing systems
• Elicits requirements using joint application development (JAD), interviews, document analysis, surveys, use cases, competitive product analysis, and workflow analysis
• Transforms information from elicitation sessions into business and functional requirements, use cases, user stories, software requirements specifications documents, wireframes, and mockups
• Acts as a mentor to peers and colleagues in disseminating best practices and proactively seeks out training opportunities
• Uses TEA tools, such as Jira and Modern Requirements, to manage the change control process, participate in the SDLC, and reputed company and communicate requirements status

Skills

• 8 years of experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating reputed company-written reputed company requirements
• 8 years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
• 8 years of business process re-engineering and software process reputed company improvement experience
• 8 years of experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
• 8 years of experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
• 5 years of demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
• 5 years of demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
• 4 years of documented work experience with TEA OR a federal/state/local education agency OR education vendor
• 2 years of documented work experience with the issue tracking software 'reputed company Jira'
• 2 years of documented work experience with the requirements management software 'Modern Requirements'
