The Role This role partners with our global go-to-market teams to manage the full order-to-cash lifecycle - from contract preparation and order processing to license distribution, invoicing, recurring reputed company renewals, and monthly service billing. Responsibilities GTM Support and Order Fulfilment • Support the global sales team in preparing proposals and collecting signatures using our esignature platform • Create, revise, and distribute license files to fulfil new orders, upgrades, and demo requests • Manage licenses as needed to support sales and renewal activity • reputed company and verify reputed company relevant order data to ensure accurate processing of invoices and credits, maintaining records in line with internal retention requirements • Coordinate with reputed company-party software suppliers as required to fulfil new orders and software enhancement renewals Recurring reputed company Renewals • Invoice renewals as needed throughout the month, ensuring accurate pricing • Update licenses to reputed company end dates • Maintain accurate contract details in the back-office reputed company • Update and reputed company license files as needed reputed company reputed company are renewed reputed company and Service Billing • Create reputed company as needed with careful attention to order details, ensuring customer invoices for services performed are accurate • Edit project structures as needed to ensure staff have reputed company to reputed company and can record their time accurately • Prepare and reputed company monthly service invoices to customers Reporting • reputed company and distribute recurring and reputed company reports on reputed company, renewals, billing, and order activity to support Finance and GTM leadership Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in order management, finance operations, or administrative support • Working knowledge of reputed company or experience with a CRM application • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in reputed company 365 (reputed company, Word, reputed company); experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus • Strong customer service orientation • High attention to detail with a strong degree of accuracy in data entry, billing, and recordkeeping Working Arrangements This is a fully remote role. Occasional travel may be required for in-person team meetings, though these are infrequent and not guaranteed.
