The role involves drafting motions, conducting legal research, and contributing to case reputed company for high-stakes cases across California.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise substantive motions, oppositions, demurrers, writs, and trial briefs in California state court
• Conduct advanced legal research on issues such as government immunity, personal jurisdiction, statutory frameworks, and institutional liability theories
• Support discovery-reputed company reputed company reputed company and meet-and-reputed company efforts
• Assist in developing case reputed company and identifying legal arguments across reputed company reputed company
• Prepare internal memoranda on emerging case law and legislative developments impacting plaintiffs' claims

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company California Bar admission
• 3-5+ years of litigation experience, with strong emphasis on legal writing
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-reputed company, persuasive written work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Strong interest in advocacy-driven work representing individuals and holding institutions accountable
• Familiarity with California civil procedure; experience with government liability or plaintiff-reputed company litigation strongly preferred
