Responsibilities

• Consults with management, providing HR guidance reputed company appropriate
• Manages and resolves reputed company employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Partners with the reputed company department as needed/required
• Provides day-to-day management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and reputed company HR reputed company
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructurings, workforce planning and succession planning

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving reputed company employee relations issues and minimum 5 years of reputed company experience
• Working knowledge of performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
