[Remote] Engineering Manager, O&M

The Engineering Manager will reputed company engineering teams responsible for operating and maintaining a large federal reputed company reputed company platform, ensuring platform stability and performance while managing team development and collaboration with program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing engineering teams across operations and maintenance disciplines
• Owning delivery accountability for platform stability, reputed company, and performance
• Setting technical direction across reputed company infrastructure (AWS), Kubernetes (reputed company EKS), DevSecOps, and reliability
• Managing hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO, and team development
• Coordinating with program and government leadership on planning, priorities, and reporting
• Managing risks and implementing mitigations across the engineering portfolio
• Ensuring adherence to reputed company, compliance, and ATO sustainment requirements
• Fostering a culture of operational reputed company and reputed company improvement
• Supporting reputed company and building strong, high-performing teams

Skills

• Bachelor's and 10+ years of experience; relevant experience may be substituted for education
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical engineering teams
• Experience with reputed company infrastructure operations and maintenance at reputed company
• Prior government contracting experience
• Experience managing delivery in an Agile or reputed company environment
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a U.S. reputed company Trust / suitability determination
• Prior experience with the reputed company
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes (reputed company EKS) environments
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and ATO processes
• Relevant management or technical certifications
